At kazpa, your privacy is a top priority. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when using our website, software, and related services.
01Overview
At kazpa ("kazpa," "we," "us," or "our"), your privacy is a top priority. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when using our website, software, and related services ("Services"). kazpa is operated by Apex Capital Solutions LLC, Miami, FL, USA, which is the data controller for the purposes of this Policy.
02Why we collect personal information
kazpa collects personal information to operate effectively, improve user experience, communicate updates, and provide timely support. We never rent, sell, or misuse your personal information, and we only share it in ways described in this Privacy Policy. kazpa does not "sell" personal information, and does not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
03Information we collect
We collect information when you interact with kazpa — for example, when you create an account, make a payment, use our software, or contact support. Information may include:
- Name, email address, and payment details
- Device and browser information (IP address, operating system, location)
- Preferences, usage data, and trading-related settings
- Interactions with our website, emails, or marketing channels
- Account-access credentials you provide at setup so kazpa can install and configure the software on the server you control — specifically your VPS credentials and your broker/MetaTrader (MT5) login. You set up and control your own Coinbase wallet, which kazpa does not hold. kazpa treats access credentials as sensitive, stores them in encrypted form with restricted access, and retains them only as long as necessary for installation and support.
We may also receive limited information from partners to enhance our services. For U.S. state-law purposes, the categories of personal information collected include identifiers, commercial information, internet/network activity, geolocation, and sensitive information (account-access credentials).
04Cookies
Cookies are small data files that store preferences to help us improve your experience. kazpa uses cookies for analytics, personalization, and smoother login experiences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly. Where required by law, kazpa obtains your consent before setting non-essential cookies through a consent banner; managing cookies only through your browser may not be sufficient where prior consent is required. See our Cookie Policy for the cookies we use and how to manage them.
05Information from other sources
We may receive information through third-party platforms like Memberstack, analytics tools, or payment processors. These services have their own privacy policies that govern data handling.
06Third-party services
If you connect your account with external platforms (for example, authentication via Google or social login), kazpa may access limited data — such as your name, email, and profile image — per your consent. You can manage permissions in your connected account settings. kazpa uses service providers including Stripe and ACH processing (payments), Coinbase (for cryptocurrency payments, where offered), Memberstack (authentication), Brevo (email), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and JotForm (forms), each engaged under contractual data-protection obligations. You separately engage your own broker (which may be a foreign broker) and VPS provider, whose handling of your data is governed by their own policies.
07Data protection & security
kazpa uses SSL encryption, firewalls, and secured databases to protect your data. While we take strong precautions, no system is entirely immune from risk. You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords and account information. For sensitive access credentials, kazpa applies additional safeguards, including encryption at rest and in transit, a dedicated secrets manager, least-privilege access, access logging, and defined retention and deletion. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and kazpa does not guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal-data breach, kazpa will notify affected individuals and regulators as and when required by applicable law.
08How we use your information
Your information may be used to:
- Provide and improve access to licensed software
- Process payments and manage account subscriptions
- Send notifications, product updates, and support messages
- Customize your dashboard and communication preferences
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, kazpa relies on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (to improve and secure the Services), consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (for compliance).
09Data sharing & legal disclosures
kazpa shares personal data only with trusted third parties (such as billing processors or infrastructure providers) under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests. Where personal data is transferred outside your region (including to the United States), kazpa uses an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. kazpa retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law, and applies shorter retention to sensitive access credentials.
10Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@kazpa.io. You can also opt out of marketing communications. Users in applicable regions (such as the EEA) have additional GDPR rights, including the right to data portability and objection to processing. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and — under U.S. state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA — to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. kazpa will take reasonable steps to verify requests and will respond within the time required by law. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11Community & public areas
If kazpa offers forums or groups, any data you share publicly can be viewed or reused by others. To remove personal information from these areas, contact us at support@kazpa.io.
12Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us for immediate removal.
13Policy updates
kazpa may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, kazpa will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product notice) where required by law.
