The model is simple — but the trading software industry is full of weird structures, so it's worth being explicit about how kazpa pricing works. Here's the entire lifecycle, from application to year ten.

Pay the entry

One-time entry into VistaSUITE. You get the member dashboard and one software license of your choice. The entry is paid upfront — it's how you join the membership in the first place.

Year one · maintenance waived

Twelve months of running your software live with zero maintenance fees. Full software, full support, full member benefits. We absorb the infrastructure cost so you can prove the product to yourself before you commit to recurring payments.

Year two · flat maintenance begins

Monthly or annual flat maintenance fee per license — same fee whether your account is $5k or $5M. It covers the database, the license server, the dashboard, and the support around it. Pay monthly, or prepay the year for a discount.

Add licenses anytime

Want a second or third software? Add it from inside the dashboard at a discounted entry — you're already a member, you don't pay full entry again. Each new license also gets its own year-one maintenance waiver.

It's the one-time fee to join kazpa as a member. Paying the entry gets you the member dashboard, access to Academy and Network, and one software license of your choice. After that you're inside — you can add more licenses later at a discounted member rate.
Because the right entry conversation depends on which software you're starting with, what you're combining it with, and what your situation looks like. Quoting a single number publicly forces us to either over-charge low-touch members or under-quote high-touch ones. The application gives us five minutes to scope properly — and you a real number that fits your situation.
Because the cost to us is flat. Every active license runs against the same database, the same license server, the same dashboard. A $5k account and a $5M account create identical infrastructure load. Charging more because you have more capital would be a performance fee dressed up as a maintenance fee — and we don't do performance fees.
Your maintenance was waived in year one — you owe nothing for it. If you don't want to continue into year two, your license simply isn't renewed. No clawback, no fine print. The entry fee covered our cost of bringing you into the platform; year-one waived covered your risk of finding out whether the software fits.
None. Zero. We charge the entry fee plus flat per-license maintenance — that's it. No cut of your trading. No high-water mark. No per-trade fees. If your account does well, that's all yours. If it does poorly, you didn't pay extra to get there.
Yes — and yes, it's discounted. Existing members add additional licenses at a member-only rate (lower than the initial entry). Each new license also gets its own year-one maintenance waiver. So if you start with VistaX and want to add VistaONE next year, you're not paying full entry again — you're adding a license at the discounted internal rate.
No. After year-one waived, you choose monthly or annual maintenance. You can cancel anytime — your license simply isn't renewed at the next billing cycle. We don't lock anyone in. The product has to keep earning your renewal every cycle.
Two completely separate things. Your broker charges you spreads on every trade your software places — that's your broker's revenue, not ours. Our maintenance fee covers the kazpa infrastructure that runs your license. We get paid by you directly; nothing is hidden inside spread markups, rebates, or referral kickbacks.
