How the structure works

Entry. Maintenance. Year-one waived.

The pricing model separates the one-time entry from recurring per-license maintenance. The current written quote and agreement control if any page summary differs.

Review the written entry quote

The quote identifies the one-time VistaSUITE entry, the currently available software license, and the applicable agreement. VistaPRO is not offered.

Year one · maintenance waived

The first twelve months of maintenance for the approved license are waived. Product access, support scope, license terms, and trading risk remain governed by the written agreement.

Year two · flat maintenance begins

A monthly or annual flat maintenance fee applies per active license. It covers the database, license server, dashboard, software updates, and support described in the agreement.

Request an available license

Members can request another currently available license through the dashboard. Any member rate and maintenance waiver must appear in the current written quote; VistaPRO cannot be requested.

What maintenance pays for

The infrastructure that runs your license — same for everyone.

  • → Member dashboard. License status, delivery records, version information, and support history.
  • → Software updates. Approved bug fixes, compatibility changes, and versioned releases described in member notices.
  • → Direct support. Secure dashboard tickets and email for onboarding, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • → Operating documentation. Setup checklists, source-linked event context, release notes, and maintenance notices.
What maintenance does NOT pay for

Charges outside the stated entry and maintenance structure.

  • × Performance fees. No cut of profits. No high-water mark. None.
  • × Profit splits. kazpa does not take a percentage of account results.
  • × Capital-based scaling. Maintenance is stated per license, subject to the license limits in the agreement.
  • × Per-trade commissions. Your broker bills you spreads. We don't take a cut of that or anything else.
  • × Hidden upsells. What's listed as "included" stays included for active members. No tier creep.

It's the one-time fee described in your written quote and agreement. An approved entry includes the member dashboard, Academy, Network, and one currently available software license. Additional available licenses require a separate approved quote; VistaPRO is not offered.
The application requests a current written quote for the selected available software and support scope. Review the quote, agreement, included services, renewal terms, and refund policy before paying.
Every active license uses the same core database, license server, dashboard, and support systems. Maintenance is therefore stated per license rather than as a percentage of deployed capital, subject to the limits in the applicable agreement.
Year-one maintenance was waived. If you do not continue, follow the cancellation and non-renewal terms in the agreement; the license is not renewed for the next billing period. The one-time entry remains governed by the signed agreement and refund policy.
The stated structure is the one-time entry plus flat per-license maintenance after any documented waiver. kazpa does not charge a percentage of account results, a high-water-mark fee, or a per-trade commission. Confirm all charges in the current written quote and agreement.
Existing members can request an additional currently available license. Any member rate and maintenance waiver must be stated in the new written quote and agreement. VistaPRO is not available to add.
After the documented year-one waiver, the agreement provides the monthly or annual maintenance options and the applicable cancellation and non-renewal terms. Review those written terms before purchase.
Broker spreads, commissions, financing, and other account charges are separate from kazpa fees. kazpa maintenance covers the licensed infrastructure and support described in the agreement. Confirm broker charges directly with the broker.
