Refund & Payment Policy.

This Policy governs all payments, licenses, subscriptions, and transactions made to kazpa. By purchasing, licensing, or using any kazpa product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

01Overview

This Refund & Payment Policy ("Policy") governs all payments, licenses, subscriptions, and transactions made to kazpa ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, licensing, or using any kazpa product or service — including proprietary trading software such as VistaX, VistaONE, or VistaSUITE — you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

02Payment terms

• All payments must be completed through kazpa’s approved payment processors to activate access.
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and current.
• Failure to complete or maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
• kazpa accepts payment by credit card (via Stripe), ACH bank transfer, and — where offered — cryptocurrency (via kazpa’s corporate Coinbase, in USDC). All fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes, other than taxes on kazpa’s net income.

03Subscriptions & recurring billing

If you are enrolled in a recurring payment plan, billing will automatically renew on the selected cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. The current annual maintenance fee is $5,000, first payable on the first anniversary of your license (approximately day 366; the first year is included in the initial license fee), and may be paid monthly or annually. Before any recurring charge, kazpa discloses the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms and obtains your consent; kazpa sends renewal reminders before your anniversary date and gives advance notice of any price change. Under the current referral program, a licensee who refers [5] qualifying new licensees receives an annual maintenance credit of $5,000, waiving that year’s maintenance; referral credits or payments are made in USDC via Coinbase, and kazpa’s accounting team issues IRS Form 1099 where a referrer’s referral compensation meets the applicable reporting threshold. These practices are intended to comply with the U.S. Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act and applicable state automatic-renewal statutes.

You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting support@kazpa.io or through the cancellation option in your account. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for any prior payments.

04No refund policy (all sales final)

• Trading performance, account results, market conditions, user error, misunderstanding of risk, or dissatisfaction with results do not qualify for a refund.
• By completing a purchase or activating a license, you acknowledge that the license is delivered immediately upon activation. Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, in the EU or UK), you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once delivery has begun, except as required by applicable law.

We strongly encourage all users to review our documentation, risk disclosures, and Terms & Conditions prior to making a purchase or activating a license.

05Chargebacks & payment disputes

Nothing in this Policy limits any chargeback or dispute rights you may have under applicable card-network rules or consumer-protection law. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after license activation.in breach of these Terms or in bad faith may result in suspension or termination of your license, and kazpa may pursue amounts owed together with reasonable costs of collection.

Payment methods are treated differently according to how they operate: credit-card payments (Stripe) carry the primary chargeback exposure, and the terms above govern bad-faith disputes; ACH and cryptocurrency payments are controlled by kazpa, and any legally required refund or reversal for those methods will be processed by kazpa directly rather than through a chargeback.

• Accounts associated with chargebacks or disputes may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without refund.
• kazpa reserves the right to recover losses, processing fees, and administrative costs associated with fraudulent or invalid disputes.

06Failed payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is otherwise not completed, access to kazpa software and services may be restricted or disabled until payment is resolved. Continued use of kazpa software without valid payment authorization is strictly prohibited.

07Account suspension & termination

kazpa reserves the right to suspend or terminate licenses or accounts, without refund, for violations of our Terms & Conditions, License Activation Agreement, or this Policy, including but not limited to chargebacks, abuse, or misuse of the software. Where any fee is calculated by reference to capital invested, kazpa may revoke a license for conduct designed to manipulate the fee base (for example, withdrawing funds shortly before a renewal to reduce the fee and restoring them afterward).

08Policy updates

kazpa may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of kazpa services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Where required by law, kazpa will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes, and changes will not apply retroactively to completed transactions.
