Deposits & withdrawals

Understand the route your money takes, what to check, and where to find help.

Your broker handles your funds—not kazpa. This is education, not a recommendation to move money or choose a provider. Broker funding is separate from paying for your kazpa license. No money moves from this page.

Illustrated checklists—not screenshots of your broker. Menu names, methods, and requirements vary. Use your provider’s current instructions.

How a deposit reaches your trading account

  1. Your bank or walletThe sending side
  2. Your brokerReceives and credits funds
  3. Your MT5 accountCheck the exact account

Some brokers credit MT5 directly; others use a separate portal wallet first. A wallet balance is not automatically an MT5 balance.

1Find the official funding areaStart with the right broker and account

Open the broker’s official website or app using an independently verified address. Sign in to your existing client portal and find its funding or deposit area. Don’t create another account just to follow this guide.

Before anything elseLegal entity & country eligibilityIdentity verificationCorrect live/demo account

Having a kazpa license does not establish broker eligibility. If eligibility or verification is unclear, resolve it with the broker before proceeding. Demo balances are virtual—not real deposits.

2Read the available method and destinationThe current portal supplies the instructions

Review the methods actually available to your account. Check which wallet or MT5 account would receive the funds, its currency, the fees, limits, and any conversion. A method shown here as an example may not be offered by your broker.

Match these fieldsDestination accountCurrency or assetPayment reference

Use only the current instructions generated inside the verified portal. Old receipts, chat messages, screenshots, and kazpa payment details are not broker funding instructions. See the method-specific checks below.

3Review on the sending sideYour bank or wallet—not this dashboard

If you independently decide to proceed, authorization takes place in the provider’s real interface. Compare the full recipient details, asset/currency, reference, fees, and final amount against the broker’s current instructions before authorizing anything.

Do not guessAccount ownership rulesExact recipientFinal provider confirmation

A mismatch, expired invoice, or unsupported method needs clarification from the provider. This guide does not recommend a deposit amount or a funding method.

4Track the deposit—not just the sendSent does not mean credited
  1. SentYour provider reports the transfer
  2. Received / pendingThe broker checks and processes it
  3. CreditedThe broker records the balance entry

Keep the receipt and provider reference privately. Compare the broker’s transaction history with the sending provider’s status. The labels and timing vary; a pending transfer is not a reason to send a duplicate.

For missing or delayed credit, use the broker’s official support channel. Share the reference there—not passwords or codes. kazpa cannot approve or credit broker payments.

5Confirm where the credit landedPortal wallet and MT5 can be separate

Compare the destination in the broker history with the exact MT5 login/server used for your licensed software. If funds landed in a separate broker wallet, check the broker’s own internal-transfer instructions and rules; don’t assume an extra transfer is needed.

Final record checkCorrect destinationBroker credit recordedMT5 account matches

An internal transfer is different from a new external deposit. A funding credit is not trading profit and does not prove the software is installed, connected, or ready. Setup remains a separate process.

How a withdrawal reaches you

  1. Your broker accountEligibility and available funds
  2. Broker reviewRequest, checks, and processing
  3. Your bank or walletConfirm actual receipt

A debit from MT5 or “processed” label is not proof that your receiving bank or wallet has credited the funds.

1Check what the broker allowsBalance is not the same as withdrawable funds

In your verified broker portal, locate the withdrawal area for the correct account. Review identity checks, holds, settlement, bonus/credit restrictions, fees, and the provider’s stated withdrawal availability.

Different fieldsBalanceEquity / free marginWithdrawable amount

Those fields are not interchangeable. Removing funds can affect margin and open positions. This guide cannot calculate a suitable amount or tell you to close trades, change exposure, or pause software; clarify the broker’s rules with the broker.

2Verify the receiving destinationThe broker’s permitted method controls

Check the allowed withdrawal methods and any original-source or same-name requirements. Your broker may require a return to the original funding source. Don’t assume a different bank, wallet, or payment method is accepted.

Verify both sidesRecipient ownershipSupported asset / currencyExact receiving details

For crypto, the receiving service must support the exact asset and network, plus any required memo/tag. A crypto receipt is not a bank deposit. Any later exchange or bank withdrawal is a separate provider process. Review the method checks.

3Review the broker’s request screenConfirmation happens only with your provider

If you independently decide to request a withdrawal, review its source account, receiving details, amount, fees, conversion, and expected processing information in the real broker portal. Complete only the verification requested through that official interface.

Private to youBroker authorizationTwo-factor codesRequest reference

Never send a two-factor code, seed phrase, private key, or password to support or another person. kazpa cannot submit, authorize, or approve the withdrawal for you.

4Follow the status through processingA request is not yet money received
  1. RequestedThe broker has the request
  2. Pending / reviewedChecks or processing continue
  3. Sent / processedVerify with the receiving provider

Keep the reference and check the broker’s transaction history. Status names vary. If a request is delayed, rejected, or cancelled, ask the broker for the reason and current funds status before retrying.

A promise of instant arrival is not a guarantee. Fees, business days, compliance checks, network processing, and receiving-provider holds can affect the outcome.

5Confirm actual receiptFinish with records from both sides

Compare the broker’s record with the credit shown by your receiving bank, exchange, or wallet. Check the asset/currency, net amount, fees, and reference. Keep those records privately.

If the records don’t match, contact the relevant provider through its verified support channel. Do not send an extra “unlock” or “tax” payment to someone promising to release your funds.

Reading a walkthrough does not verify or complete a transaction.

Checks for your payment method

These are checks—not a list of methods your broker necessarily offers.

Crypto: asset, network, address, memo
Same assetNot just a similar tickerSame networkSupported at both endsExact addressCheck the full destinationMemo / tagInclude it when required

USDC and USDT are different assets. The same asset may exist on different networks. Never infer the network from the address alone. Check current receiving instructions, invoice expiry, minimums, and sending fees; a saved address or old QR code may no longer apply.

On-chain transfers are generally irreversible; a wrong address or network can cause permanent loss. Do not connect a wallet or share recovery phrases with kazpa. Official example: Coinbase transfer checks ↗ (not a provider recommendation).

Bank transfer or card: name, reference, fees

Only if your broker offers this method: confirm its account-ownership rules, beneficiary, bank details, required reference, currency, fees, and processing terms inside the official portal. Payment cards and bank transfers have different rules; neither is a substitute for unsupported crypto instructions.

A broker may require withdrawals to return to the original source. Confirm any exception with the broker. Don’t reuse kazpa invoice details or send broker funds to a staff member’s account.

Your broker’s instructions come first

TradeSmart: official references and eligibility

Eligibility first: TradeSmart’s public site lists restricted regions including the United States, Canada, and the EEA. An existing login or kazpa membership does not override these restrictions. Confirm eligibility with the broker; never use a VPN or incorrect residency to bypass them.

Its public funding page currently lists cryptocurrency. That does not establish which assets or networks your account accepts. Its withdrawal policy requires a verified account and a portal request, with original-source rules. The actual portal, current agreements, and broker support control your case.

Another broker—or different screens?

Use the help center reached from your broker’s verified site. Ask where deposits are credited, whether a separate wallet-to-MT5 transfer exists, and which withdrawal rules apply. Don’t adapt another broker’s bank details, crypto network, or menu instructions.

Some brokers enable Navigator → Payments in MT5; others link to a portal or offer no in-platform funding controls. Availability depends on the broker. Official MetaTrader explanation ↗.
