New setup? Complete both forms in the Setup Wizard using your existing kazpa login. Already installed? Check your account card and latest report. The team installs and updates the software; there is no member executable download.
Enter passwords only in the secure setup form, never in ordinary support messages. Review your legal documents and required signed-in acknowledgments; staff cannot accept them for you.
The general guide covers VistaONE v10 · EURUSD M15, a team-installed hardcoded build with no separate configuration file. An account may display VistaONE+ and its reported version when that identity comes from its installed software. This is account-specific reporting, not a new purchase, download, or license entitlement. Ask the team to verify the exact build and compatibility; do not apply VistaX setfiles to VistaONE.
Connection reporting is not automatic journal support. The current automatic daily-results integration is for compatible VistaX V11 Member360 reports; do not assume VistaONE or VistaONE+ populates daily P/L just because its dashboard has account data. You can continue using the private Journal for manual records. Missing automatic data does not mean zero profit.
Your accepted agreements, written quote, and authenticated account record control your terms and entitlement. Reading this guide does not replace the required acceptance.
Additional paid license: stay in the same member account and submit both setup forms for the new MT5 account, exact server, and current MT5 password. If the secure form offers your own verified VPS, confirm reuse only when its address, Windows username, and password are unchanged. Use its changed-password or different-VPS path when necessary.
Existing-account software switch: use the request offered in your dashboard. It retains your MT5 account/server and history and requires your authorization. Staff review terms and confirm the account is flat before manual installation. The request does not automatically switch software, place a charge, or create a new account. Simultaneous use of both products still needs separate active licenses, accounts, and terminals.
Each paid license activates one released engine on one account. Supported simultaneous VistaONE and VistaX use requires separate active licenses, broker accounts, and MT5 terminals; the engines are not supported together on one account.
An open sequence can accumulate drawdown while using margin. Margin can become insufficient and losses may be substantial or total; no duration, account size, or configuration makes a sequence safe.
